01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jili98 platform available at jili98.app (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jili98 ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili98 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the jili98 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jili98 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jili98 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program that covers online gambling services.

By registering on jili98, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jili98 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jili98 Platform, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on jili98. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jili98 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from jili98's negligence.

jili98 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jili98 reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jili98 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jili98 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your jili98 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• jili98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jili98 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• jili98 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued ID and proof of address.
• jili98 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jili98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• jili98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• jili98 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili98 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• jili98 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and is not subject to RNG.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jili98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed and accepted by the jili98 system are final. jili98 will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of technical error or manifest error.
• jili98 reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where there is reasonable evidence of cheating, collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of a software error.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili98 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and jili98's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or jili98 staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jili98 Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili98 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your jili98 account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili98 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jili98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jili98 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jili98's prior written consent.
• Use jili98's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of jili98's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jili98 and its licensors.

09 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

jili98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

jili98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements as described in Section 02.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, jili98 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, jili98 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments

jili98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili98 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jili98 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jili98's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
